  I will rate this place with zero stars. They made me pay in advance for a food that I never received. We finished the game, sang happy birthday to a friend, ate the cake, etc. and any time that I asked about the food they said it was going to take 20 additional minutes. When I was leaving I requested the refund. The manager Craig Jordan was really unpleasant and arrogant. On top of that I will have to wait for a week to have my money back when it took a second for them to take it out of my account. We were attending a birthday party this time. This was our second time in this place. In our first visit I put my credit card to buy tokens for the arcade and I did not receive any tokens. When I talked to the employee they said that they were out of tokens and that I had to wait 2 weeks until the person in charge of the machine checks on it. Then they were going to decide if they were doing a refund to the card. I refused. After 30 minutes they gave my $20 back with a very bad attitude. Now I decided to go because we were invited for a birthday party and my children really wanted to go. Tonight the experience was even worst. Definitely I will never ever visit this place again. I would advice everyone not to visit this place ever.

  Like this place! First time I went and was amazed at the setup and prices are not to bad. Plus they have specials like $2 Tuesday's for bowling and shoes.

  If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would! They hold your credit card just to overcharge you at the end. The prices are ridiculously high for the quality of the place. I had to wait an hour for some pizza and wings and the nachos..Oh, and they came 10 minutes later, without the guacamole and sour cream. To top it off, the food was pretty bad and service was horrible.Don't waste your time or money. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else. I will never be coming here again!!!
