  Thank you, Tim!! We just went through the drive thru and Tim was pure gold. The ultimate barista! The soy latte was full to the brim and the special order mocha was perfectly understood and prepared. It's times like this that I appreciate my Starbucks! - the girls from Austin :)

  I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I absolutely hate this Starbucks. They are EXTREMELY racist, disrespectful, snail pace slow, and NEVER get my drink right. This is the closest Starbucks to me, but I would rather drink gasoline than go back to that store. I have had nothing but horrible experiences with this store. The employees never welcome you, they never get my order right, they cop a major attitude if you ask them for anything extra (ice water, creamer, lid etc). The lady at the drive thru window literally laughed in my face and then reluctantly handed me my creamer this morning... The manager at this store obviously does not care about this store. I am in shock that people in customer service can actually be so rude! Something needs to be done about this horrible store!!!
